These days there’s no excuse not to add video to your website. Right now, the default method I use is to upload to youtube and then embed the video in posts. Youtube has a very good process for crunching video (typically), and making it stream and look good. And if you are a business, youtube is a great way to archive and contain your videos for multiple purposes.
